Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The item is in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact
  • Proof of purchase is available (order confirmation or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase
  • Hygiene-sensitive products once opened

How to Request a Return

Refund Process

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
